Our Case Management Software provider may as part of the support service they provide, have to occasionally transfer data relating to our case management system to a subcontractor located outside the EEA. The safeguard we have put in place for this transfer
is that we have contractually provided that our Case Management software provider has entered into European Commission approved standard contractual clauses with any such sub-contractor.
